FAQ

Do I need to purchase a kit?

We strongly suggest you purchase this large kit so that you can become

familiar with all the products and equipment you will use, and are ready to

start working straight after the course. So often, the students who struggle

to get a business up and running, are those who spend precious time trying

to source product with little success.

What if I have product at home – can I use that in class?

We know that if we teach with the products that are in our kit, we achieve the

best possible outcome. Our products have been sourced from the UK and

EU and we know they are the very best on the market. If students supply

their own product, we find so that often these are poor quality and we cannot

teach students to the very best standard we require in order for students to

receive our Certificate.

What is in the Eyelash Extensions College’s Beginner’s kit?

We have spent a number of hours making sure that what is in our kit will enable students to do at least

100 sets of eyelashes. You will have no further outlay once you finish the

course. We go through all the products and equipment as we use them in our

class so you have a thorough understanding of how to use them to achieve

the very best eyelashes.

It is our experience that if students source their own materials, they so often

have difficulty with being able to do their best work – and this is often the

result of inferior product.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes, both the kits and courses can be paid in four equal payments via Afterpay.

You may have to download the Afterpay app and go through their approval

process.

Can I pay cash?

Yes. Once your deposit is paid you can pay the balance in cash on the day

Can I pay by Card?

We have credit card facilities available. Please bear in mind that there is a

2.5% surcharge on all credit card payments. You can use a credit card to pay

a deposit and then either pay the balance by credit card or direct debit on

the day before the course begins. We also accept cash for the balance owed

on the day of the class. A full receipt for all monies paid will be given to you

on that day.

I have never done any Eyelash Extensions courses, what course should I start

with?

Our Beginner’s Course is the perfect course to start your journey of becoming

an Eyelash Extension Stylist. It is essential to master the basic skills before

undertaking more advanced courses

Do I receive a Certificate at the end of my one day course?

In the class, you will do sets of eyelashes on two models. We then ask that you

do another two full sets of eyelashes in your own time and then submit these

photos to the teacher. Kasia will assess your technique and will discuss with

you anything she sees can be improved. You will then receive our Certificate.

If, however,  Kasia feels that your skills are not up the standard we require, she

will ask that you return to the school and do another full sets of eyelashes –

and this is at absolutely no cost to you. You will only receive our Certificate

once we are completely satisfied that your skill set is really good.

What course should I do after my Beginner’s Course?

While you can do either the Styling and Fantasy course or Volume, we strongly

Recommend doing the Volume course next. This way you can give

your clients the latest desired look of fuller, lighter more dense lashes, and you

will be able to earn a much better income.

A very important skill set is how to start a successful business. We offer a half

day course on ways to help you attract clients, and more importantly, how to

keep them. Social Media is such a big part of any business, and our teacher

Kasia, does all the social media for the school and also runs a very successful

business, and her skills in this area are outstanding.

If you want to learn about styling your clients lashes to suit their eye shapes,

enhance their positive features, and mask unflattering features, or you

wish to explore your client’s possible looks as a blank canvas, or work with

stylists, on film sets, or with photographers, and in magazines, then our

Styling and Fantasy course is your next step. Then the last course is to become

a Master Lash Stylist.

Can I do the Beginner’s course and then go on to do the Master Lash Artist

course?

No. We require you to finish at least the Volume course. That is an advanced

skill required and a prerequisite to doing your Master Lash Stylist Course.

Can I bring my own models for the Courses?

Yes. You will need two models for your class. Please make sure

they don’t have eyelash extensions on or makeup like mascara. We won’t

have time during your training to remove extensions or makeup.
